If you get "Uploading File Error" when uploading your audio/video to your Dolphn site, then try the following tricks to resolve this error.

1) Your file "ray/.htaccess" is either corrupted or does not exist. Make sure that you do have the file  "ray/.htaccess", which contains the following line of code:

SecFilterEngine off

2) Your file "ray/modules/global/app/ffmpeg.exe" doesn't have correct permission of 777 (readable, writable, executable). To resolve this situation, simply change the file permission to 777 thru your CPanel File Manager (or thru your FTP Client).

3) You have incorrect permissions for the following folders. These folders must have 777 permissions:

ray/modules/mp3/files
ray/modules/movie/files
ray/modules/music/files
